Pomo Cosmo
Fresh herbs and unique presentations are more and more common in the cocktail world. In this version of a cosmo, light a bit of fresh rosemary on fire, blow it out before serving. A pleasant odor wafts up, making this cocktail a multi-layered experience.
Muddle the blood orange with the Solerno. Add Grey Goose and pomegranate juice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with blood orange and torched rosemary sprig.
